These terms govern your use of gxpframe.com and your purchase of GxP Frame digital products. GxP Frame is operated by Brian Drapeau, Princeton, NJ. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

Digital products and license

When you buy a template package, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within a single organization (your company and its employees and contractors working on its behalf). You may:

• Edit, customize, and adapt the materials for your organization's internal use
• Incorporate them into your organization's internal procedures, training, and documentation

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, or distribute the materials, in original or modified form, outside your organization
• Publish the materials or offer them as part of a product or service to third parties
• Share your download link publicly

Consultants and service providers who want to use GxP Frame materials across multiple client organizations need a separate license. Contact us.

The Current Library includes the template packages available at the time of purchase. Future template releases are sold separately.

Delivery

Products are delivered digitally by email after payment is confirmed. If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours, check your spam folder, then contact bdrapeau@gxpframe.com.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Consulting services

Consulting engagements, including audits, accelerators, retainers, and hourly advisory, are governed by the written proposal or statement of work for that engagement. If a proposal conflicts with these terms, the proposal controls.

No regulatory guarantee

GxP Frame materials and advice are based on industry experience and are provided to support your quality and training programs. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee any inspection outcome, regulatory approval, or compliance status. Your organization remains responsible for its own GMP compliance, procedures, and regulatory decisions.

Intellectual property

All site content, templates, frameworks, and materials are owned by GxP Frame and protected by copyright. Except for the license above, no rights are granted.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. GxP Frame is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Purchases are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
