Digital template packages

Because template packages are delivered instantly as downloadable files, all sales are final once your download link has been delivered, except in these cases:

• Defective or incomplete files. If a file is corrupted, will not open, or a package is missing a component listed on the product page, email us within 14 days of purchase. We will send a corrected file, or refund you if we cannot fix it.
• Not delivered. If you never received your download link and we cannot resolve delivery, we will refund you in full.
• Duplicate purchase. If you accidentally bought the same package twice, we will refund the duplicate.

Consulting services

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for consulting engagements follow the terms in your proposal or statement of work. Hourly advisory is billed for time scheduled or worked, as agreed in advance.

How to request a refund

Email bdrapeau@gxpframe.com with your order email address and a short description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days.
