GxP Frame ("GxP Frame," "we," "us") is operated by Brian Drapeau, Princeton, NJ. This policy explains what information we collect through gxpframe.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you email us, book a call, subscribe to our newsletter, or buy a product, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.
Purchase information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email address, billing country, and the details of what you bought. We never see or store your full card number.
Usage information. Our hosting provider, Netlify, collects basic technical data when you visit, such as pages viewed, browser type, and approximate performance metrics, to keep the site running and measure load speed.
How we use information
- To deliver products you buy, including sending your download link by email
- To respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
- To send our newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each issue)
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes
- To maintain, secure, and improve the site
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or ad-tracking services on this site.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the business:
- Netlify: website hosting and performance analytics
- Stripe: payment processing
- Resend: delivery of purchase and download emails
- Calendly: scheduling discovery calls
- Google Fonts: web font delivery
Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. Pages hosted by Stripe or Calendly may use their own cookies.
Cookies
gxpframe.com does not use advertising cookies. Third-party services we link to, such as Stripe Checkout and Calendly, may set cookies on their own pages.
Data retention
We keep purchase and invoice records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. We keep other correspondence only as long as needed to serve you. You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, email bdrapeau@gxpframe.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
